Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing DATOUBOSS. We guarantee that all DATOUBOSS products undergo rigorous testing by our quality control personnel before shipment. If you have any questions after receiving the product, please contact us via email: service@datouboss.com

If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the received goods are damaged or the wrong item was sent due to our fault, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

The following "Return and Refund Policy" applies to DATOUBOSS products.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the goods. After you submit a return request via email, we will respond to you within 24 hours.

(Note*: Products have a 5-year after-sales warranty) Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by DATOUBOSS or the customer in the following situations:

DATOUBOSS will bear the return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error, DATOUBOSS will bear the return shipping costs.

For example

The product arrived damaged and cannot be repaired by replacing parts.

We sent the wrong item.

We sent the package to the wrong address.

We sent the wrong order.

The product returned within 7 days is faulty. (The customer should install and operate the product correctly according to the product manual.)

Special Note: If the product has a quality problem, the user must return the product to DATOUBOSS's designated warehouse in Europe, and the shipping costs will be borne by DATOUBOSS. However, if the user's delivery address is different from the original shipping address (e.g., the shipping address is in Europe, but the delivery address is in a remote or international area), resulting in shipping costs exceeding DATOUBOSS's initial shipping cost, the user will be responsible for the excess shipping costs.

Important Notes

For products arriving damaged or defective, customers must provide video or photographic evidence of the damage or malfunction. If the customer refuses or fails to provide video or photographic evidence of the allegedly defective/damaged product, the return will be considered a "buyer's refusal," and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the customer claims the product is defective/damaged, proof must be provided before return; without exception.

If the damaged/defective product can be repaired with simple parts and technical support, we will provide free replacement parts and repair advice for customers returning larger products.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If a product defect is found, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to the customer's own fault, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the cost varies by region.

DATOUBOSS will provide customers with prepaid return labels and refund return shipping costs.

Please note that any order enjoying special shipping discounts will still be subject to the actual outgoing shipping costs.

Within the 7-day warranty period, if the product malfunctions or is damaged, it can be repaired according to the DATOUBOSS warranty policy. Please refer to the DATOUBOSS warranty policy for details.

Return Address

Since we have warehouses in different regions to receive returned products, please contact DATOUBOSS customer service via email (service@datouboss.com) to obtain the return address.

Refund Policy

Customers can return the product or request a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you upon receiving your refund and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account within 7 business days. Please note that processing by the payment bank or credit card company and the refund process may take some time.

You may request a refund if any of the following conditions are met:

Within 7 days of receiving the goods, the customer discovers that the product was damaged during shipping and can provide proof of the damage;

Within 7 days of receiving the goods, the customer discovers that the product differs significantly from the original product description in one or more aspects;

Within 7 days of receiving the goods, the customer discovers that the product has a performance failure not caused by human error. The customer should assist us in completing all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product does indeed have a quality problem.
